New shop!

So, you may have been wondering why there is a shop button on my site now. It links to http://shop.techderp.net



Here's the thing. I'm perpetually poor. I might not be completely broke, but I don't make a lot of money, and the little money I do make, is going to things like, student loans, medical bills, cats (OMG I I LERVES ME SOME KITTIES), etc.

I ran into a company called gamefanshop, and I was like "whoa that's so cool man"

What they do. You put your name on a shop. People buy stuff. You get money.
I was l ike "WHOA OMG THATS SO COOL SO WHATS THE CATCH"

I make 12% commission. If you use the coupon code DERP4U (I had to make it cheesey otherwise it wouldn't be a real coupon code), then you get 5% off your purchase, and I get 7% commission. I'm ok with this. Enjoy your discount. You're probably poor too. (statistically true)

Ontop of that, here's the really cool thing. A lot of sites have a fancy rewards program. Well this one does too, but it doesn't suck, like Gamestop. During your purchase, it asks you if you'd like to leave a comment. DOOO EEET!!1!1!!!11!!EVEVENTYONE!!! You get 2% of your purchase as store credit for your next purchase.

So. All of this would be meaningless, if the prices suck, right?

Guess what. The weekly sales are better than steam and amazon. Infact, my shop, with my 5% off coupon code and your store credit, is 19 dollars cheaper than amazon and steam for both DEFIANCE and BIOSHOCK INFINITE!!!

So freaking cool.
